I tell you, staff members are super helpful! I loved that they quickly addressed my request for extra towels. My room had a nice television and a fridge, I could keep my drinks chilled. Everything was so functional!
The WiFi signal in my room was quite weak. I struggled to stream videos and had trouble with video calls.

the hotel location offered easy access to the red city tours stop. the room was spacious. breakfast included made-to-order eggs (i liked that).
The gym was small and had limited equipment. the pool area lacked sufficient shade. the bathroom didn't have a door. This was somewhat inconvenient.

the canal cruise was such a fun way to see things , taking me straight to the aquarium. the staff were very friendly , always ready to help. the bed and pillows were super comfy . the wifi was also quick , allowing me to easily stream videos and stay connected.
the entry roads were a bit tricky to navigate , and the auto lock system initially seemed overly sensitive , although i understood it was for security.

I found the hotel's location convenient with easy access to the Convention Centre and a pleasant walk to the V&A Waterfront. The views of the working harbor were very interesting with cruise ships frequently coming and going. The complimentary bottled water and tea facilities added to the overall experience.
The room wasn't ready when I arrived for check in.

The staff at the restaurant was super friendly, providing attentive service throughout my meal I was impressed by the location near the waterfront and its convenience for exploring nearby attractions A boat service provided easy access to the waterfront, a definite plus for sightseeing. The availability of a hop on bus nearby also simplified getting around the area.
The breakfast selection was limited in variety, this could become repetitive for longer stays.
